Facilities:
The forward station offers a beautiful double cabin isolated from the saloon. The two parallel benches offer berths. A sea berth is installed against the port side and there are numerous crews. Total 6 beds on board.
The kitchen and chart table on either side of the companionway are functional. The rear part houses the bathroom and a small cabin.
Shower room including a sink, marine toilet (valve replaced in 2023).
Kitchen area with stove, sink, 220v refrigerator.
Total water capacity 180l (flexible tank) under the port side bench seat, water pump from the sink in the trunk of the port side aft saloon.
Sails:
Furling mainsail – Furling genoa – Spinnaker 96m2 – Tourmentin.
Standing rigging +20 years. Lights at the masthead were changed in 2020 to LEDS.
Miscellaneous :
100Ah service batteries (2023) + 1 x 100Ah motor (2023), battery coupler, battery charger powered at 220v, circuit breaker, 12/220v converter, 2 50w solar panels with MPPT converter.
LED lighting (saloon, toilet and aft cabin), the front cabin is powered by neon.
New depth sounder in its packaging, log, GPS, fixed VHF, autopilot
All electronics + 5 years in working condition.
Manual windlass with a flat anchor + 55m of 8mm chain - second mooring with Fob anchor 14kgs + 20m of 8mm chain + 20m cable.
The wiring for an old electric windlass is still in place.
Cabesto 2.4m annex, very little used and stored in the owner's garage.
